Due to concerns regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Foster Parenting Informational Sessions originally scheduled for March 25, 2020 in Massena, New York, and March 26, 2020 in Canton, New York, have been postponed until further notice. Fostering Futures of St. Lawrence County will reschedule these sessions at a later date.

The Community Clinic of Jefferson County (CCJC), the area’s outpatient mental health clinic, will remain open during the current COVID-19 Coronavirus epidemic. Telehealth treatment options are available for clients unable to physically come to the Clinic.

Fostering Futures of St. Lawrence County will host a Foster Parenting Informational Session on Thursday, March 26, 2020, at the Human Services Center, 80 State Highway 310, Second Floor Conference Room, Canton, New York.  The session will begin at 6:00 pm.

Fostering Futures of St. Lawrence County, an affiliate Program of CHJC (Children’s Home of Jefferson County) is sending out an urgent call for new Foster Parents. The request comes in response to a growing number of deserving children throughout St. Lawrence County in need of loving and nurturing Foster Care Homes.
