Single Point of Access for Children (C-SPOA) links children and their families to services best meeting their needs.

  • Designed to serve individuals 17 years of age or younger experiencing severe mental or behavioral difficulties
  • Community-based service providers assigned to assist the child and their family with meeting their needs
  • Accepting provider and self-referrals
