CHJC believes in protecting the integrity of personal information gathered from our supporters and contacts through all of our communication channels, including visitors to our websites. We have created this Privacy Policy to communicate our practices regarding the collection and dissemination of the personal information of anyone providing us with information about themselves. This applies to personal information gathered online, at CHJC events, speaking engagements and volunteer activities, or provided through social media channels. CHJC’s website offers online access to events, the ability to sign up for email and other communications, and opportunities to make a financial gift, apply for employment, and volunteer. Applying for Employment at CHJC

CHJC’s online jobs application system is operated through a third party service, with industry-standard security measures in place to protect information submitted by job applicants. CHJC will use the information provided solely for the purposes of filling a position. This use includes, but is not limited to, reviewing information submitted by job applicants, contacting applicants, and conducting background and reference checks.

Children

Unless required on a specific form CHJC  does not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 18. Please do not submit information about children under the age of 18 years old, or do not submit information about yourself if you are under the age of 18.

Legal Requests or Requirements and to Prevent Harm.

We will share personal information with third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of CHJC if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
• Meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or enforceable governmental request
• Enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations
