Children’s Home Intensive Preventative Services (CHIPS) is designed to prevent out-of-home placement for youth.

• Reduces the risk of child abuse and neglect by assisting youth and families achieve their health, safety and service needs
• Focused on serving at-risk children, aged 7-15, living in Jefferson County
• An intensive, family-focused, home and community-based alternative to institutional or Foster Care placement
• Offered in partnership with Jefferson County Community Services
