CHJC is a proud provider of Child and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS).

CFTSS is an NYS Children’s Medicaid Program for Children under age 21 with mental or behavioral health needs who are covered by Medicaid or a Managed Medicaid Care Plan. CFTSS provides an array of flexible services that can be provided in home, school, or community settings at flexible times and at a frequency that works for you and your family.

CFTSS Services are designed to identify mental health needs early and provide individualized support to address your child’s needs and prevent emergency room visits, hospital stays, and out-of-home placements.

Services are easy to access with a quick phone call to CHJC to set up an intake appointment where you and your child can meet with a licensed mental health professional to create an individualized plan to meet the needs of your family.
