On Saturday, March 12, 2022, Franchesca Trombley of CHJC’s Family Permanency Program of the North Country, partnered with Sue Jacobs and the Ogdensburg City School District to donated over 800 bags to assist with their Backpack Program. Designed to meet the needs of hungry children at times when other resources are not available, the Backpack Program offers families free nutritious and easy-to-prepare food/groceries for weekends and school breaks.
