DESCRIPTION:This group is designed to help individuals interested in continuing their education (GED\, BOCES\, or College). \nGuidance navigating stressors of balancing home life and school life\, completing the necessary paperwork to begin their journey\, determining the area of study\, and MORE! \nSESSIONS ARE EVERY TUESDAY BEGINNING\, MAY 2\, THROUGH JUNE 27\, FROM 5:00 TO 6:00 PM. \nAll sessions will be in person in the Group Room at the Community Clinic of Jefferson County (211 JB Wise Place\, Watertown). \nThis group is only offered for those who are Community Oriented Recovery & Empowerment (CORE) and Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) Eligible. \nIf you are interested in determining your CORE/HARP eligibility\, please call or text Alyssa Henry\, Recovery & Empowerment Specialist\, at 315-955-9283\, or ahenry@chjc.org.
